Nothing to like in this s***t organization. I got only 2 good folks there working with me. One was Hardeep and Other was Anirudh...and recently Anirudh too left this s***t place.

1. No training...no learning only bashing 2. It was only my 1st week and then Amogh Ahluwalia who is dumb..arrogant and f**g DU passout grad...was saying me *Apne kya hi ukhad liya*. 3. I had root canal treatment still he expected me to come to office with swollen jaws. He used to track my laptop. As if we are some school kids. 4. Ch***a insaan amogh...first try to become good human being and then a manger. 5. He used to say we are paying you 3x and expect 30x output....i mean koi ehsan nahi kiya hai mujhe 3x dekar ..u saw potential in me and my degree then only you are saying...you took 2 rounds of PI ...i didnt beg to you for paying me. 6. Never join them ...they will hire you for something and expect something else from you and that too at unrealistic pace and targets...and then frustation will be all on you...specially stay away from c*****a amogh ahluwalia...he is big time c****ya person working in Ops team here....Read More

In case your reporting is directly to the CEO, you have so much indepandance to plan and work. Things are not systamatic, which sometimes increase headache and one have to do so many things but this give you a good amount of learning as well.

Comptent people are judged here by incompetents. Those incompetents are protected by managements too, because of personal relations. Not humanity in management. Your growth only matters when it in interst of the company in other case they terat you so badly no matter whatever you have done for them. If you are joining the product team, you will be blamed only along with your team on delaying or non-completion of any task, even in case if is falut of market or sales or creative teams. Honestly, nothing. It's a place with bad vibes, pathetic culture, politics, and power with few. If you're a fresher, get ready to be depressed.

The work culture is toxic, you're expected to work 10 hours a day, and you are micromanaged. You live the sad life of Ranbir Kapoor in Tamasha so if you are looking for a sudden realization, join TLS. Lot of learning, very work-focused, no-nonsense approach, handsome hikes, treat employees with a lot of consideration, salary is NEVER late, no salary was cut throughout pandemic in over a year, over 100 people - large mix of people from different walks of life. For creative professionals it is very useful to get data on the performance of their work, hence more focused improvement. Creative team tries to do things differently and superficial 'coolness' is not what's valued here, but talent and hardwork is - so everyone has a fair chance. Have seen incredible personal and financial growth in the last few years and can say that yes, work culture is intense but also extremely rewarding. Working timings are far better than ad agencies even though working hard is appreciated and even required here.
