Its not at all employee centric org, worked here for around two years and was a pathetic experience as since the time i joined i got to work under 4 leaderships who could not even sustain for two months after having experience working with top MNC”s. Lol

The company is good when it comes to organization, structure and work quality.

The work culture is extremely toxic. The environment is not at all employee-friendly. It's all about who stays the extra hours and not the quality of work delivered. The company rewards you only on the basis of your extra hours (even if they are unproductive). There are no sick-leaves, overtime compensation, work from home options. There is even a silence policy in the office to keep the employees from interacting with each other. They do not have lead designers who can take the creative team and design to next level. The page fly tool is very restrictive. You might forget what you already know while working on it. It does minimum things and so you do minimum things. And you don't learn much.

I joined as a freelancer but didn't have any logistical support, no team member would respond properly. Suddenly i was asked to join office and i had to leave midway as i could not. The copies were enormously long and the marketing was average, the taglines used etc. Were of poor quality.

Old school management, slavery culture and enormous egos are just the point of the iceberg. I believe the passive-agressive managers are the worst. No leaders. Just someone you know is more important than you because he will constantly remind you about it and make clear "new people" know nothing and are worthless. They tell this sort of things in your face but they will also make sure to humiliate you in front of all the room. You can seriously feel the tension at office seen there are 30+ people in it, yet no one dares to speak.
