What I like most is the team and culture. People here are so talented and helpful. The only reason I could pull quite a few years here.

Dislikes

- The company doesn't care about the employee's growth. - People were kept under the same designation for 4+ years, which will hamper their growth in corporate. - The higher management is very confused about the brand and positioning and would stick to same old-fashioned methods, which hampers the creativity and growth of a personalindividual and the company. - overtime without any benefits is highly expected. - you cannot work on something you are good at, everybody has to work on everything, a designer has to design, write, do customer support, analyse data, and manage everything possible. While this is nice for a brief time but this will hamper the employee's personal growth in the long run. - they don't have a team leader or hierarchical structure who can lead and train a fresher, they expect you to know everything, and if you don't know something, you have to learn by yourself by giving extra hours or you can leave the company. -The higher authority is very partial, a few people would benefit in every way possible. One of the worst places to work for if you are in the Technology sector. No vision in top management, and the Technology Leader have non-practical ideas for projects and work being done. People stay in office from 10 AM to 7 PM, and each and every movement of employees are tracked like in a school.

Dislikes

Almost everything. This place can be suitable for someone who is in the twilight of his/her career and wants to only draw salary without any learning. If you want to learn and grow in your career, this place is not at all recommended. There are a few Country Heads in this org, who are running this place with only their ego. Additionally, the tech team exists just like that, and the head does not deserve to lead a team & do not have the capability to do so...Read More
