Stop fooling management trainees in the name of Erba. This is not at all MNC but its a kirana shop progressed to building. No change in mentality. Its kinda family business. They will train you for all bad practices which you should never follow.

You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .
