Some says, don't choose company , choose boss. But regarding this company, don't choose either. By default or by routine, don't get into the politics they are playing. You can't work as per ethics. Don't expect company will pat on your shoulder to improve. If you are good in doing massage to your higher person, you will get a good hike. Or else even if you are 100% achiever, you get nothing. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
