i like the to work at transact global , the behaveire of the emloyee and team leaders

as of me its good , working with team , and environment of work place , but i have problem with salary bases , they don't have the option of cancelling the ESI and PF , because some of the employe don't want PF and ESI , but there is no option to cancel , and for small small things they will deducted salary .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
