Scheduling Interviews, Coordinating on the interview process, share feedbacks, follow up with the joiners, salary negotiation, converting the selects into joiners -

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking).
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular reports to management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges and propose solutions.
