Sr Human Resource Recruiter

Full-cycle recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, university relations).
Source and screen qualified candidates through various methods (e.g., phone screens, video interviews, assessments).
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
