Sr Human Resource Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking).
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct in-depth background checks and reference checks.
Negotiate job offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.
Utilize recruitment tools and technologies effectively, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and job boards.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to management.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters.
