No Process is available. No cabs or insurance, working hours are from 8:30 to 8:30, sometimes more than that. you will have to clock 12 hrs otherwise you get a notice and immediate termination. Worst work culture and job security. The top level management will never consider an explanation from the employee. They don't have a proper tracking to analyse performance and output during remote working and end up loosing wrong candidates.
