Their in hand salary is good, this also becoz their epf and other contributions are less (nothing else apart from it).

Waking up everyday and thinking the your work for Tracxn will give you shivers down your spine and you will always think you are about to be fired. I have seen IIM people leaving stating the same very reason. 1) Working hours - They will say 9-6 is the job timing but usually it starts at 8:30 and end by 8:30 to 10 PM on most days. If you see lunch time is 1 hour and half an hour break, that's a lie. The very first day I got order from my boss, we take only take 1/2 hour lunch break and there is no other breaks. Literally I should have ran the other way but choose not to which is biggest mistake of my life. 2) Micromanagement - Highest level of micromanagement you would have seen in your life. They will even ask you what were you doing for these micro seconds and I am not kidding. You will always feel like you are in a pressure cooker, waiting to burst 3) Not only that, to deliver under this enormous pressure you will also start micromanaging your reportees. Don't loose your peace of mind for some 20-30k extra salary. Soon you will realise what have you done with you life. 3) No Guidance - There is no set of defined roles and projects in Tracxn. They will give you a lot of exploratory project even your bosses bosses boss will never know how to do it. But they will pressurise you to show progress each day. You need to present your work daily.. So if you think of growing your career in a particular line then it will not happen. They will also transfer you to different departments and so your resume looks weak. 4) Coding - They will ask you to code the entire projects as if they had hired you for a developer. They never say this in the interview. They will teach you coding for 15 days (not the entire day - 1 hour each day) and think you will be an expert. 1. Everything about this pathetic company is unprofessional. 2. The managers and AVPs are unskilled, irrational, mediocre, and liars. They will make you work tirelessly promising you to give good appraisal but when the time comes they will strike you at the back. 3. There is no growth opportunity in this company. 4. I've been here for 3+ years, and I know people are suffering in this company.
