Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Voice & Email) who will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and providing accurate information about our products/services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services.
  • Engage with clients professionally to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential customers and assessing their requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships.
  • Handle objections and provide clarifications in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Respond to customer emails with clear and well-structured replies.
  • Provide product details and solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Write polite and informative emails to assist customers in making decisions.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionals over calls.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
