Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Taking regular follow-ups for closing a deal
• Updating the CRM with the status of the enquiries.

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A lot of patience and calmness to handle clients.

Education/Experience

• Graduate, IT, or B-Tech is a plus.
• Experience in telecalling.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive
