The project I got to work with gives me a diversified experience in a great way in different aspect of a project.

Dislikes

As I work in a project office, me and my colleagues expect more help and participation of higher management at administrative level. But we receive no such help or any help what so ever. We feel extremely disconnected from the HQ. There is no work life balance, one has to work for 12-14hours daily to meet client expectations but these issues were never addressed by the higher management.
