TP Infosoft Global Services, is an epitome of innovation, learner centric and an excellent example of Global opportunities. My colleagues are from different backgrounds but when we enter the premises we park our ego and work as an unit. The mentors and management help us to grow. In short the company is a good platform for freshers as the mentors guide you and give it your best.

I am SAP FICO Consultant, therefore Documentation, configuring Company codes, Business area, chart of accounts App, Asset accounting creating cost cetr and profit centre. Pitching in for handling issues, training end users for recording and reporting.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
