1. Very bad mentality of higher management. They ask to come office in all corona time unnecessarily. Due to this, some of our team mates are infected. 2. HR policy is very bad & they are not transparent with employee. Very rude attitude. 3. In-hand salary is too less as 50% of basic is deducted for performance pay every month. 4. Not stable company as of now, so everyone need to work in different field & no respect for specialized people. 5. Final rating is depends on manager choice. They can reduce your rating to increase the same for his favorite 6. Only higher level & IT people have good salary. Otherwise the salary is not market standard & they always try to reduce by the name of TATA. 7. Some OLD Gov management employee is too worst like nothing. They always favor their old employee & try to put you in trouble. They always try to reduce your performance by unnecessary talk & ask you to stay till 11pm for no reason....Read More
