Tower Aluminium is just a place to work and believe in oneself. A place where workers work with hope that things will get better.

Dislikes

There is this organizational politics that exist and there are lot of things that need to be addressed but are not addressed at all. Although the salary is decent but all other entitlement and benefits that one deserved are not forthcoming. Hopefully things will get better.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
