It's very good experience working with towell group,here i got freedom of work,having a job security, disciplined work culture,bunch of professionals, company policies about work and worker are also adequate.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't interfere in it.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

If you are a beginner you can learn & develop your skills. Managers are super supportive. Overall working environment is a war zone at site so be prepared to achieve your target's.

If you are placed at HO life is gud, at site you will miss your family & loose quality time enjoying with them. Also salaries and facilities for office staff is good when compared to site.
