when I joined in 2004 until 2013 it was well managed. in 2014 there was a change in the way they do business. The top management if filled with big theives like Mallya and Norah Midi. Don't risk your lives working in this company. This third rated company just finds way how to deduct your salary

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
