Nothing good about the company. Extremely bad work culture.... Hr will hire you wnd take all the benefits from your skills but in the end when there is downfall.... The one with highest salary will get fired because company is not able to pay you your fair salary that the employee had reached after years of experience. Mental torture and harrassment is at its peak.

They pay better than competitors as a fresher and give proper training

No SOPs are being followed at different locations after proper training at the head office . No work life balance because they are understaffed at times to cut cost. Work politics and office gossiping among the seniors makes it worse for the new joinees to sustain in toxic environment. Academic counsellor and managers blame everything onto trainers and counsellors . Their is no job security even if you are doing good , managers decide when to throw someone out just to save their personal relationships. They pay till 15th of the month which is too late .They don’t have proper study material for students , they only have material for 3 months and in case any student complaints about it they straightaway say that you aren’t scoring full marks so work on it ....Read More

They have to hire professional managers. The manager they hired in Taran Taran was worst , she don't know how to speak with the trainers and even with the students too. She was doing this kind of stuff but still higher authorities were removing trainers continually. I worked their only 10 months and within that time period, every month they remove 1-2 trainers.

Nice! Workplace where you learn on daily basis in terms of language classes ,management.

Dislikes

No friendly and Healthy environment provided at workplace. They have strict rules for not interacting or getting social with their collugues or students. With zero encouragement at workplace one just need to work in long shift hours . They do not give holidays on festivals or relaxation .

No appraisal,no increments,no job security, i do 3 persons work but I don’t feel like my work is valued, had spoke to HR many times about increments etc after completion of tenure but she always postpone the matter that I’ll discuss it to higher authorities but she’s not able to discuss it since last 3 months.. I feel very disappointed with her behaviour and organisation
