Literally NOTHING!

There's no job security. People were let go during pandemic. Most of the staff was put on hold and never called back to office when services resumed. The culture is terrible. Mostly Customer centric but employees are taken for granted. The attrition rate is through the roof 365 days. The average tenure of employees is less than 3 months. There were no appraisals during 2020-21. The owner of the organization stated in his motivational speed during townhall session that they are "bleeding internally, hence no merit this year" while he spent 10 lacs on his garden decor. The policies are terrible and should be relooked at, but HR is mostly non-responsive for such cry for help. There is no career progression path for the employees and work-life balance is a joke. People are entitled for a 0.5 leave in a month during 6 months probation, which is hilarious. Another tactic by the management to save money mooched off from their employees basis their personal life emergencies. Employees are still self-motivated but in constant lookout for a job change. The staff is loyal and needs to be appreciated more for their efforts and for sticking around. It's only a matter of time when Touchstone will see their fall and won't be able to cope if they don't change their attitude towards their employees and make changes where required....Read More

It was quite nice job.. but you need to maintain a number of works and duties at a time that is bit hard.
