...egional manager they all are nothing but bunch of arrogant and ignorant people .They dun really care about their employe they as compared to other try to give good salary but after peak they fire u evn though you are star performer.Every employee who r working or left repented after joining it .They give salary on 25 and also there r unnecessary deductions they hire freshers and make them robot .such a crap company their reason of downfall is their unethical work ethic and firing of their best employees coz they crossed 30 + salary .Never join it

...take all the benefits from your skills but in the end when there is downfall.... The one with highest salary will get fired because company is not able to pay you your fair salary that the employee had reached after years of experience. Mental torture and harrassment is at its peak.

They pay better than competitors as a fresher and give proper training

...gers decide when to throw someone out just to save their personal relationships. They pay till 15th of the month which is too late .They don’t have proper study material for students , they only have material for 3 months and in case any student complaints about it they straightaway say that you aren’t scoring full marks so work on it .

Proper corporate Politics is there, Salary does not come on time.NO professional environment is there. They hire the employee by giving fake commitments.NO hierarchy is there if you face any issue. I suggest if they hire you for any post, Atleast think 5 times before joining.

Frequent training from officials, on time salary and good appraisal, centralized system and good audio vidual aid for lecture delivery.

Dislikes

Slow growth, efforts go unnoticed at times, less appreciation, sometimes I work for 12 hours in a day without any overtime, high work pressure n less leaves.
