They have to hire professional managers. The manager they hired in Taran Taran was worst , she don't know how to speak with the trainers and even with the students too. She was doing this kind of stuff but still higher authorities were removing trainers continually. I worked their only 10 months and within that time period, every month they remove 1-2 trainers.

Everything i like about this company .. But one thing which i like the most is working environment which is excellent..

Though the rules and regulation is strict, working there is good experience. Salary is good but yes work load is also alot. Management is helpful and is available whenever needed.

Dislikes

Workload is a lot. One who is passionate about working, can work there without any problem.

Atmosphere is really good and everybody is very supportive. Policies of this company are good and you will get appraisals time to time and give good salary.

Dislikes

Partiality is the thing that i really dislike about this place and appraisal will not received as per your performance but by the relation with the management people and same for salary. Which should not be done by them everybody does hard work to achieve something. Which can discourage employees immensely.

Experience was really good, I learned many things. Initially I struggled alot but with training session all re resolved . I got a chance to play different roles which make me multi tasker.
