They pay better than competitors as a fresher and give proper training

No SOPs are being followed at different locations after proper training at the head office . No work life balance because they are understaffed at times to cut cost. Work politics and office gossiping among the seniors makes it worse for the new joinees to sustain in toxic environment. Academic counsellor and managers blame everything onto trainers and counsellors . Their is no job security even if you are doing good , managers decide when to throw someone out just to save their personal relationships. They pay till 15th of the month which is too late .They don’t have proper study material for students , they only have material for 3 months and in case any student complaints about it they straightaway say that you aren’t scoring full marks so work on it ....Read More

The job provided numerous chances to learn, to grow and to do multi-tasking. It has helped me to improve a lot .Initially, it was difficult to adapt but here I learnt Patience is Virtue.

Frequent training from officials, on time salary and good appraisal, centralized system and good audio vidual aid for lecture delivery.

Dislikes

Slow growth, efforts go unnoticed at times, less appreciation, sometimes I work for 12 hours in a day without any overtime, high work pressure n less leaves.

You will find no other place like this especially in Patiala. This job definitely grind and make you a diamond out of the rough. I highly recommend to join the company. Talking about ethics of the company, its MD - Mr Ashutosh Anand is the best boss you can ever come across. He walk down the path of honesty and righteousness.
