I loved the culture of the company. We were literally like a family. Though TOTAL is one of the world's top Oil and Gas MNCs, they maintain a good employee culture. It is a French thing. So in the Bangalore office, we were just 60 people, and right from the security guard to the CEO, everyone was friendly and approachable. We could always freely share our ideas with the top management (though there is a hierarchy). Never really disliked anything. I had to just move because I was relocating, but it is a place that I can honestly recommend anybody to join.

Management disregards public holidays, forcing teachers to work without breaks, creating an unhealthy environment with little regard for staff well-being. Teachers are treated as commodities, not humans. There are Sr. Employees who hire professionals but want to do what they want & never uses the new recruits expertise. Not ready to take any responsibility & push all blame & issue to you.
