If you are doing hard-core sales here and working hard no one recognizes you and every time the manager threatens you that you are not safe here, please check for other opportunities. Very poor quality management. But he acted as if he had passed out from Oxford or Cambridge University. Management is totally fake smile or fake promise, you need to check well before joining them.
