Likes

Technology and the technical skillsets that the leads have. Very supportive and motivating team teams. Technical support given at every point. On sites team leads are very cooperative, during visits as well as remote.

Dislikes

Management keeps changing due to which. Compensation is real bad, they have thier own market research which is never shared to employees. Therfore no annual hikes given,where as during joining, had promised for biannual appraisals. Regular power cuts, office infra needs improvement. Don't implement on feedbacks Employees asked to apply for 1-2 hours of sick leave. Micromanagement in certain teams....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
