Technology and the technical skillsets that the leads have. Very supportive and motivating team teams. Technical support given at every point. On sites team leads are very cooperative, during visits as well as remote.

Management keeps changing due to which. Compensation is real bad, they have thier own market research which is never shared to employees. Therfore no annual hikes given,where as during joining, had promised for biannual appraisals. Regular power cuts, office infra needs improvement.
