working environment with staff was good, helpful. Owner, really a very nice person. got to learn many things in vacuum.

But, very bad experience with assistant manager of vacuum division (Mumbai Branch). used to speak over phone for about 30 to 40 minutes. Most, irritating person.

I got trained from a master in manufacturing he had overall 50plus year s of exp in machine's. So build me and groomed me at diversefied design Engineer. So thank my time to which I got chance to work with him.

Dislikes

All of them are professionally unprofession since most of them ungrate persons. Doesn't value about ur knowledge and skills and the engineering process. Their are not have enough quantity of workers and employees to manage and maintain the orders. All companies are ordering only because of low cost of making the products without cost analytical skills. They just wanted achive the traget they doesn't matter about the quality of the product. Company Owner was very good person but staff was very poor and uneducated and all are from same community, they don’t like to grow any other people

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also not good and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3.5 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joined.
