Here there is no process defined about the work they are doing. For an example: These people release drawings done by a fresher to production without doing proper review, later they will put all blame on fresher when any issue come up in process of production.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
