Screwed up management! Pune managment has gone for a toss! Work life balance sucks, almost zero accountability! Every other weekend is a working day! Techincal architect is one of the most irresponsible persons I've met. No ownership of screw-ups. Constant blame games and back biting. The culture os horrible!

Even if the Company slowly adopts the latest technology but undoubtedly gives a greater challenge and learning environment to all its stakeholders. Company has its own policy and process. End of the day company recognize your good work. Gives good emoluments and yearly hike which may not be the best but definitely better than other competitors.
