Only good thing is they give salary on time

No employee value at all, you work for 15-16 hours and nobody cares. They have drop facility for girls after 7 for name sake only as one always has to wait for 1hr or more and their excuses are like vehicle is not available, drivers r busy etc. Even After complaint they don't have any solution,and this is a big issue. Lots of politics. They pay salary on time but pay very less and sometimes u don't even get weekly off because of shortage of staff, they even call early morning on the day off to come on shift. All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another
