You have to work on Saturday for no reason, just have to come to office and to sit. There is no chance of growth here as well as no promotion based on your performance it is just personal choice. No festival celebration, just come in traditional outfit and click photo that's it, no work ethics, no employee benefits, never think fromemployees point of view. Even there is WFH available but manager never allows it. One more illogical thing is you have to take one or two days leave in month for no reason just to finish your leaves that's means you don't even have the control of your own leaves. Just like a dictatorship oriented company. No outgoing, No bonus, don't even have small box of sweets in diwali. Just come to work, do the work, experience illogical things and leave, that's it. People jugde you on your personal life, they are more interested in who you are talking to in office. Your work means nothing here unless you keep quite and listen to unfair things. If you do try to stand up for yourself and say it's unfair, you get threatened saying that it will affect your appraisal. No matter how much you fight, in the end these people will make you loose confidence in yourself and make you think that you are wrong. Girls be aware, don't go here, people will comment about your clothes, your body, if you talk to your male colleague, they will spread rumors about you. Managers are approachable. Work culture is good. Free fruits & tea (not machine made) . Flexible shit timing. No formal dress code. Multiple cultural activities, growth opportunities, etc.

There is nothing to like about this company. This company is well known for Hire n Fire in market.

Dislikes

Everything, specially undergraduate and forged degree holders working at a leadership level for over a decade with no hope of developing or exploring. On the other had pulling legs of more deserving people. These people can go to such low level impacting client and the company to prove someone is not right or someone doesn't know something.
