Wonderful place to boost your carrier. I have been working here for more than a year now, my team is very supporting. At the time of joining, I was bit skeptical if I'm joining right place for carrier, but Topsource turned out to be my best decision.

Apologies, but I didn't like the work culture. Too much of politics. Which even the HR's are aware of but no action taken.Specially the accounts team is worse to work with. No work-life balance.No job security. Totally biased finance co-ordinator (Mrs Smita Mundale) who knows to play very well internal politics. Appreciate her talent.

Everything. This company doesn't provide support to its employees. No criteria of work appraisal. No standard sop is set to follow. Only expectation is to dump work on people and they showcase the higher level managers are efficient. Only want credits for sitting and warming the seats from the clients on weekends working. Very few people would actually want to help. Making people wait after shift timings and no sick leave policy. Irrelevant suggestions provided on request of leave if the employees are unwell. 8 Hrs Working This is the only good things.

You have to work on Saturday for no reason, just have to come to office and to sit. There is no chance of growth here as well as no promotion based on your performance it is just personal choice. No festival celebration, just come in traditional outfit and click photo that's it, no work ethics, no employee benefits, never think fromemployees point of view. Even there is WFH available but manager never allows it. One more illogical thing is you have to take one or two days leave in month for no reason just to finish your leaves that's means you don't even have the control of your own leaves. Just like a dictatorship oriented company. No outgoing, No bonus, don't even have small box of sweets in diwali. Just come to work, do the work, experience illogical things and leave, that's it. There is nothing to like about this company. This company is well known for Hire n Fire in market.

Everything, specially undergraduate and forged degree holders working at a leadership level for over a decade with no hope of developing or exploring. On the other had pulling legs of more deserving people. These people can go to such low level impacting client and the company to prove someone is not right or someone doesn't know something.
