Apologies, but I didn't like the work culture. Too much of politics. Which even the HR's are aware of but no action taken.Specially the accounts team is worse to work with. No work-life balance.No job security. Totally biased finance co-ordinator (Mrs Smita Mundale) who knows to play very well internal politics. Appreciate her talent.

Dislikes

Everything. This company doesn't provide support to its employees. No criteria of work appraisal. No standard sop is set to follow. Only expectation is to dump work on people and they showcase the higher level managers are efficient. Only want credits for sitting and warming the seats from the clients on weekends working. Very few people would actually want to help. Making people wait after shift timings and no sick leave policy. Irrelevant suggestions provided on request of leave if the employees are unwell. The company offers incredible opportunities for Carrer advancement, especially for those who are dedicated & driven to grow. The work environment is highly supportive & collaborative. For fresher the company provides the excellent learning opportunities through comprehensive training programs & hands on experience, making it an ideal place to start & grow career.

Dislikes

While the work environment is positive & supportive there are few areas for improvement cloud be employee engement activities which are currently missing, backup support for work & salary revision is average. Hybrid working policy is not currently applicable which is the most needed in current industry practice and culture.
