Everything, specially undergraduate and forged degree holders working at a leadership level for over a decade with no hope of developing or exploring. On the other had pulling legs of more deserving people. These people can go to such low level impacting client and the company to prove someone is not right or someone doesn't know something.

People jugde you on your personal life, they are more interested in who you are talking to in office. Your work means nothing here unless you keep quite and listen to unfair things. If you do try to stand up for yourself and say it's unfair, you get threatened saying that it will affect your appraisal. No matter how much you fight, in the end these people will make you loose confidence in yourself and make you think that you are wrong. Girls be aware, don't go here, people will comment about your clothes, your body, if you talk to your male colleague, they will spread rumors about you.
