I worked in Delhi team. And word for one year initially workplace is awesome. Easy to approach policy. And then suddenly Bose had a dream , that he is boss and start behaving like boss only. Result in team break and now all the superstars of TR working in some other company and performing like rockstar.

Main issue was , YES BOSS culture. Everytime they will commit that once you will complete the target you will get some gift apart from incentive. And when it's time to give the said gifts then always one statement CEO didn't approve this. Sorry.
