You cannot gain 1 year of experience as they will shift you to different department before that. Management doesn't respect the employees. Phones are kept away from you during working hours,you are not allowed to takes phones outside even when on break. Parking space is an open field,with no shed. No holidays on Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year Co-curricular room available (Table Tennis),but if you play you will be showered with work load. No canteen, coffee machine. Very pathetic work culture, especially the manager who doesn't know anything about industry and work culture,also food department manager doesn't have any knowledge she doesn't deserve the manager designation, don't know how organisation select this type of people and appointed as a manager 😁😁..she is only running the owner cabin every 30 minutes interval and than she come back and instruct his junior do this ,do that .
