Very pathetic work culture, especially the manager who doesn't know anything about industry and work culture,also food department manager doesn't have any knowledge she doesn't deserve the manager designation, don't know how organisation select this type of people and appointed as a manager 😁😁..she is only running the owner cabin every 30 minutes interval and than she come back and instruct his junior do this ,do that . The worst environment of the company manly the manager over there she is a female manager of food &farm she doesn't have any ethic how to work with her colleagues.How to behave with them.
