Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Well I hope this shows the mirror to the management in reading. There is only one thing that happens in this company which is favouritism. Even in Bollywood so much nepotism won’t happen but this company surpasses it all. These people will only promote people who joins there cult. And then there is this CEO who is way too old but will leave no opportunity to flirt with there staff and the Operation heads like Sonal and Priyanka who thinks they own these company literally like the vamps of some old rated Bollywood movie. Get a life guys. Promote people on the basis of there skills but of course they themselves are not promoted on those basis so how can they do the same. The worst company anybody can work for. Management is extremely biased. They do favouritism and would have no shame admitting that in the face.Never seen such a toxic workplace, i dont want to name anybody but managers are pathetic.. I can't use the word dislike in Tommy Hilfiger because the vibes there are so good that I can't forget but there is Bindals MBO store which is located in Moradabad and where Tommy Hilfiger counter is there, this store's customer service and there environment was very bad i.e. it was unpredictable.
