Tommy Hilfiger is a good company, there atmosphere is great. I thoroughly enjoyed working at Tommy Hilfiger. and there i developed some kind of skills.

I can't use the word dislike in Tommy Hilfiger because the vibes there are so good that I can't forget but there is Bindals MBO store which is located in Moradabad and where Tommy Hilfiger counter is there, this store's customer service and there environment was very bad i.e. it was unpredictable.

The management only favours certain employees for pay raises and promotion, based on personal relationship rather merit HR, prioritises appearance over talent, promoting their favourites within six months Hard-working Employee struggle to advance due to not being their favourite and not looking good up to their standards which is wearing revealing clothes

The worst company anybody can work for. Management is extremely biased. They do favouritism and would have no shame admitting that in the face.Never seen such a toxic workplace, i dont want to name anybody but managers are pathetic.. Would not support you a bit if you are not one of the favourites. WORST EXPERIENCE

Timings are flexible you can work in 3 shifts just come accroding to the roster complete your 9 hours shift and you can go. Some managers are so good and helpful because they do internal promotions only so managers have some kind of empathy towards their sub-ordinates. But not all of them are good. My manager was a great man so telling you this according to my perspective.

No work life balance, You get only one weekoff, You dont get holidays on festivals and other national holidays be it holi diwali and other national festivals let saturday sunday be. At the time of sale you have to work your sweat off there’s no limit of time. Somehow i can say they do fake promises as well.
