No balance of the life every time need to look into work if you do sales you are the best if you don't do the sales for one month also you are the worst person in the world this is how the company treats it's worker's And for you come as every time they will give a very good package for old staff that don't care about anything

Good things in the company is Job security, and flexible in few things . Somewhere environment is also good. Salaries provides on time.

Learning new things is not there in the company, growth is not at all , salaries structure is not upto the mark. Higher management is keen to Higher but lower management don't want to give the hike , few management is bios with few team members. That's why good people don't get the chance to get upgrade. Etc .

TLC Digitech is the Best Company to work,Its Supportive management team is the strongest part of the company.I had a great experience of 3+ years with TLC Digitech pvt ltd.

Partiality among the team is the negative thing about the company,As a sales executive I had experience the new comers has given a priority than the experienced one,And Manager also keeps on comparing employees with new ones who has no work knowledge, which demotivate old employee.

The worst leadership I've ever encountered. The manager in this situation is unfit for the group. He doesn't look out for the team. On Sundays during this scorching weather, employees are called in to work and there is no ac or appropriate ventilation. Every Sunday, one of the associates suffocates and negatively impacts their health. The manager does not give the employees incentives. He consumed all of the companions' bonuses....Read More
