I have worked with this company for a period of almost 3years & 9 months years and I am glad that I am an employee of it. It was great working with TLC. My manager is the best part of my office. He is very supportive and encouraging. My colleagues are very kind and there was no partiality or jealousy in this company. I enjoyed working with TLC

I loved working there in the starting 2 years and later on they started changing my shift it was till 11pm shift.. it was difficult for me to travel long distance to my home and again they told that the shift will again change work till 1am then thought of leaving job there. But I like the team where I had worked they are very helpful and very good team..

Dislikes

The timing of job which I had was late shift, no team motivation, no opportunity to grow
