Even though every senior management person willing to change the culture of the company they are not letting them to understand the first change should come from themselves. As a employee you will not have any idea what is going to happen on any project that is being executed as there won't be proper communication b/w internal depts. And you will be forced to work on weekends and late nights in spite of your personal commitments. You will have a very good compensation if you impress them in your interview progress. In this toughest situation when most of the organization was deducted their employees salary certain%, one of the best things I found in this organization, that they did not deduct any amount from employee's salary. Due to Covid situation, office hour has been extended around 2 hours, comparatively competition is too less. Even during weekend also sometimes work from home happens,but no extra benifit or compensation considered.This need to be take care by the management.
