Likes? About this lala company? There should be audit in these departments where there is so much of attrition. The Shipping and the procurement person - is he even educated? Doesn't seem so. They ask people to sit in office even if they donot have any work to stretch working hours

Everything. Where to start and where to end. The procurement team and the HR team is the most horrible support team i ever have come across. The HR dept itself forces it's employees to resign how would they take care of other employees? Earlier there were not many HR's still they used to function better than what they are doing now.They target the employees to shove their shoulders from responsibilties so that either they resign or they are asked to leave. Even though every senior management person willing to change the culture of the company they are not letting them to understand the first change should come from themselves. As a employee you will not have any idea what is going to happen on any project that is being executed as there won't be proper communication b/w internal depts. And you will be forced to work on weekends and late nights in spite of your personal commitments. You will have a very good compensation if you impress them in your interview progress.
