Too much creative control and really incompetent people have been given the position of a manager. More experienced managers are fired just like that where it becomes difficult for the teams to know for whom to report. The management is chaotic.

Working here has been exciting and opened good opportunities for…I got deep insights into edtech industry. The environment is also good. I never had issues with my managers here. They are helpful and I can always talk to them when needed.

Nice company to work for if you want to learn industry-specific skills. I have worked on many projects that are directly tied to what's trending in the market which kept me ahead in the field. The senior management maintains high standard of quality so they are always looking for ways to improve. If you perform well, you can grow fast as well.
