The worst company i had ever worked in my career. Even they were unable to pay the salary on time. Always i recieved my salary after a month and that also my branch manager pay from his pocket. I had worked there for a year and they were not ready to provide any type of document even i was a good performer there.

The seniors have to encourage People how likely to do new and innovative work. They have to trust that person who are delivering there upto the mark results. Overall i would say this company has different Aura and workstyle culture part of this organisation...my good wishes is with you Times internet. Thankyou for taking me as a part of this golden experience

Initially the experience was positive, However a change in team management can significantly impact the work environment. Office interior is of good quality.

Micromanagement lot of ad-hoc work that you have to do at night, so your delivery timelines should not impact if task spilled, they will make you sit at office till 10PM Leaves rejected even if applying 3 months before Deliveries should not impact if you are on planned leave or sick leave For families emergencies, you have to provide medicals Already done 2 times layoffa

Everything they hired candidates even when they knew they will be selling their one vertical. Environment is not at all good. Managers are toxic, they behave like some goons. They have tendency to threaten their subordinates. They promote their friends and sing praises for them.

There are list which you won’t like it. Appraisal cycle is not proper deliberately they do the appraisal late so if you resign before that they will bot give you variable they say it’s the oart of CTC but nobody gets more than 70%. Job security isn’t good at all. You will have to work on their will whenever they want you to. You will not be valued.
