Micromanagement lot of ad-hoc work that you have to do at night, so your delivery timelines should not impact if task spilled, they will make you sit at office till 10PM Leaves rejected even if applying 3 months before Deliveries should not impact if you are on planned leave or sick leave For families emergencies, you have to provide medicals Already done 2 times layoffa

I worked as an Intern there. I learned a lot of thing from my colleagues. Most important thing in the company is that the work life is balanced .

Well I was an Intern and I worked hard and got appreciated by my hiring manager whom I had presented 2 of my projects. I haven't had any other offer in my hand and he told me that he will hire me. I was in regular touch with him . One week before the end of internship , he told me that 99.9% chance is there that I will get a PPO. But just 3 days before the end of my project .
