Appraisal cycle is not proper deliberately they do the appraisal late so if you resign before that they will bot give you variable they say it’s the oart of CTC but nobody gets more than 70%. No perks for employees, HR is unresponsive and doesn't work. If you are ambitious and consider yourself competent/hard-working, this place is not for you.
