Appraisal cycle is not proper deliberately they do the appraisal late so if you resign before that they will bot give you variable they say it’s the oart of CTC but nobody gets more than 70%. Most of these people are in tech/engineering teams. Very poor tech teams, do poor quality work and take a lot of time. Company treats employees like shit. No perks for employees, HR is unresponsive and doesn't work. If you are ambitious and consider yourself competent/hard-working, this place is not for you.
